进行slots预约。预定开放时间为9月24日12z（北京时20点）。注意：系统中的slots时间为CTOT（计算起飞时间），即滑跑起飞时间，推出时间应为该时间前10-15分钟，放行许可申请时刻应为关舱门后推出前5分钟。请尽量按该时间准时起飞，误差应为-5至+10分钟，如果超过该时间，管制员可能会要求重新排队。
